Housed in a luxurious black and gold sleeve, the package emphasizes rich textures and dramatic visual contrasts that echo the energy of the performances.
The design also creatively showcases Neenah’s paper versatility—from glittery finishes to deep matte blacks and vivid textures. Each swatch card is paired with abstract shapes and layered illustrations drawn from Cirque’s costuming and stage design, offering a tactile journey through paper as performance.

Process
Designing Folds
To balance visual complexity with production feasibility, the team opted for a refined trifold layout with an integrated pocket and precision die cuts. This approach allowed for layering multiple styles and graphic variations without overwhelming the structure. The folds and built-in sleeve offer a functional yet elegant system for housing swatch cards and pop-up elements while ensuring consistency and ease in potential mass production. The result is a dynamic presentation that remains cost-efficient and scalable for promotional distribution.


Colors & Papers
The color palette was inspired directly by the vibrancy and theatrical flair of Cirque du Soleil performances—rich jewel tones, shimmering metallics, and bold contrasting hues. Neenah Paper’s specialty stocks were carefully curated to reflect this energy, including glittery finishes like Teal Waves, bold textures like Red Vowen, and deep, dramatic tones like Black Soft and Ocean Deep. These papers enhance the visual storytelling and engage the sense of touch, reinforcing the immersive quality of both brands.






Concert Visuals
The promotional ticket inserts showcase vibrant, character-driven compositions that reflect the essence of each Cirque du Soleil production. Each ticket features central characters, elaborate costumes, and thematic visuals pulled directly from the stage—LUZIA with its tropical palette and dreamlike water scenes, ALEGRÍA adorned with dramatic feathers and fire effects, and KOOZA with its playful clowns and theatrical red curtains.
